Sub-forums for best of tech?

a forum that contains write ups like the spoke check thread in the bonnevilles tech? i only found those old threads in the last pages. wouldn't it be better if they were gathered in one area for easy look up?

EDIT: aw crap i just saw an older thread regarding the same issue:w we should be allowed to delete our own posts?
