Sparkplug for 2017 T100

Hey everyone! New to the community and my first post, apologies if I'm missing anything. Has anyone changed their sparkplug on their 2017 T100 or other twin? I tried this Motion Pro Spark Plug socket but it didn't fit. Tried another 18mm socket before hand as well... Anyone got recommendations?

Use a thin walled 18mm deep socket. I use a Craftsman, works just fine.

Spark plug sockets usually have a rubber insert for grabbing the plug and holding it while extracting the socket. It may either be to small or just needs a harder push to get it over the plug. You might be able to remove the rubber insert or drill it out a bit bigger, if that's the problem.

yep, definitely has to be a 18mm thin walled socket. or do what I did and grind down the outside diameter

Thanks for the answer guys. Idk why my MP thin walled 18mm socket won't fit in... Should I be trying to jam it in?? It definitely isn't fitting in without a lot of force. Maybe I'll try to find a Craftsman brand somewhere.

I don't know if you live near a Harbor Freight Tools store, but their 18mm Pittsburgh brand deep sockets work on my 2008 Bonneville. Or, you can order them online. https://www.harborfreight.com/10-pi...c-deep-wall-color-coded-socket-set-93265.html
