Powder Coating Question

In a few weeks, I'll be black powder coating my Thruxton rims and hubs. I was wondering if the center of the brake rotors can be powder coated (the gray colored center of the rotor in the attached pic)? Would the high heat of the oven damage the integrity of the rotor?

I would just paint it.

400 deg is not high heat, but just the small piece that you dont want fubar'd would be the deciding factor (for me).

I did it with the OE discs, not with your semi-floater.
IMO paint would be just as effective, as crud soon turn them brown.
But I had them textured, so smooth pc gloss might be the answer
if your powdercoater is confident he isn't going to f*ck it up.

If you can, try and get the spokes black chromed.
They look awesome.
I had on my OEs b4 I dinged both rims jumping.
The guy who did them refused to do them again as he didn't have anymore customers
and had to throw the remainder away.

As the Dude would say: "they completed the bike and held the rims together".
