my pics wont upload anymore. they upload elsewhere. do i need to upgrade?

not too sure. they are from my digital camera. the always worked from my phone. how can i tell? just catching up to technology now, not easy

if the pics width is larger than (in pixels) 2592 or height larger than 1944, then the forum says, no thanks, that's too big for me to waste bandwidth, and time resizing.

I sugest you check out the FAQ section, where there's a post about how to resize pics.

You might try a hosting website, I use Photobucket, you can easily upload your pictures to that then use their information to post your pictures on any forum.

It's free and quite easy to use...
