Chris-san, when I lived in Vancouver, BC 20 years ago, I often visit Seattle, one of my favorite cities, remembering a lot of rain in winter ...

D9-san, thank you! Yes, it is at the boat port at Shizuoka, Japan, facing the Pacific Ocean (about 5,500 miles away from L.A.).
