I picked up a quitled Barbour jacket yesterday for $15 at the outlet store in New Hampshire
it's insulated and water proof fits well and is well built
by the way: its for my dog

Barbour will market a waxed cotton riding jacket, the International, next year that inlcudes a removable thermal jacket liner, a waterproor breathable liner and armor. I bought a preproducton model and it's great! really comfortable, warm, waterproof and traditional. I also bought the matching trousers, waterproof, lined, breathable with armor. they zip to the jacket
my old International is still very serviceable but this outfit is now my favorite

I wore the jacket and trousers yeterday; temps in the upper 50s low 60s and i was comfortable all day
now i need to upgrade those 45 year old gloves
