OWNERS PROVIDE THEIR OWN MINI INSTRUMENTS - D9 brackets does not sell or distribute instruments.
For pre-VDO bikes only, cannot be fitted to Hinckley twins with electronic VDO instruments.
Mini speedometer and tachometer vendors listed below.

General notes on mini gauges...

Mini speedos need to be mechanical, 2240:60 ratio, mini tachs need to be
electronic.

Installation of mini instruments requires wire splicing & soldering -
please refer to the wiring diagrams and discussion posts linked below,
post questions here on newbonnevilleriders.com or triumphrat.net, and/or consult with a
trusted motorcycle shop or other knowledgeable sources prior to
installation. Consider using some type of quick disconnects
when during installation to facilitate maintenance,
cleaning or instrument replacement in the event of damage.

Mini speedos and tachs may not illuminate identically - internal LED illumination will differ noticeably from incandescent illumination - choose your gauges carefully and understand what you are purchasing, if unsure contact the reseller or vendor and ask questions before purchasing.

I just wanted to post a big thank you for everyone that has posted instructions and links to photos and wiring diagrams for installing the mini tach and speedo using the D9 brackets. I've had the bracket for over a year and have been afraid to start wiring it up, but with the excellent instructions located here I was successful on my first attempt - that doesn't usually happen for me. Thanks again, and the D9 bracket is by far, the best after market part I have purchased for my bike.

Scramb Mini speedo

Used all the the info from this site and once I had everything the install wasn't too bad. I used P Dick's links to source the original plug to make it plug and play. Ordered like 50 pins and 4 connectors. Got a bunch of pins and connectors left over. PM me if you need anything or if you want to send it to me and I'll make you the connector.
