Side covers compatibility 2001 and up

Has anybody had experience with the sixty8 side panels? I've seen them advertised and read that they are only compatible starting at 2004, and also read that they would fit all models/years.

Side covers compatibility 2001 and up

So they are all compatible except for '09+. So how about between models: bonneville and thruxton? I'm assuming they are the same. Yeah I mainly want to see how the "new" painted side covers on The bike will look like, so metal / plastic doesn't matter at the moment. I do prefer the metal...

Norman hyde TX fairing or GFTP fairing

I really like the look of the Norman Hyde Tx fairing and even the GFTP fairings for my Bonny. I was wondering if anyone has either or and if it was an easy install and straight forward or if customization/fabrication was needed to install. I've read that in order for the GFTP fairing to work...

Side covers compatibility 2001 and up

I have a 2002 triumph bonnville and want to know what other years 2001+ side covers will fit my bike? Added MBars

I just got my Norman Hyde M-bars from Brent at NewBonneville. I currently had the superbars that came along with the bike when I purchased it, so that's all the experience that I have known. I'm a whopping 5'6"-ish and with the M-bars on, I'm lovin' it. I had no backpains with the superbars...

    Front Fork Springs Removal HELP?

So when I jack up the front tire off the ground and remove the end cap for the stock spring, then with the pressure of the springs and spacers will it 'pop out' the end cap as it's just about done with it's threading when it's off the ground? Man all this talk of how delicate the aluminum...

    Front Fork Springs Removal HELP?

Sweet! Thanks for the input Nick!! I'll do the conversion when I get my new M bars in. Yeah I've a Hayes manual to explain how to take off the handlebars, but it didn't explain the quick method for the fork springs. Thanks.

    Front Fork Springs Removal HELP?

That's for the replies. I've got a centerstand on the bike, will this be sufficient enough. Will I need to support the rear tire like in other stuff I read or is this just needed when removing the front tire? If I remove from the top will need to remove the handlebars? Is there anything that...

    Front Fork Springs Removal HELP?

I have an 2002 Bonnevile and am wondering how do I remove the front forks springs without removing the front tire? I just had the 24k bike service and had the front fork tubes replaced and new 10w oil with less than 1000 miles on it. So I was wondering how to do the swap without removing the...
