Hi Dave, bracket looks great. I've been really happy with the GPS bracket I fabricated, at least I haven't changed it in over a year! Here's what I wanted to mention, I have problems seeing my turn indicator light, the chin portion of my helmet blocks off the view of the OEM dash location...

    My first countersteering

I suspect the issue is that 'Back in the Day', we went directly from riding bicycles to what would be considered small motorcycles today. We had been countersteering our bicycles for years and it was a natural progression to the motorbike. Now folks are mounting first bikes that are bigger...

    SW Motech Engine Guards

Pleased with mine as well, had the local bike shop put them on, they only charged 1/2 an hour for the installation - while I waited - good deal I thought. [/IMG]

Hi Seth, got your PM, can't seem to reply to it. Ended up moving my GPS mount from the mirror stalk to the inside of the Givi flyscreen by flipping it over, mounting the AMP adapter to the back and then attaching it to the Givi bracket. Here's a pic, I've since massaged the mount and...

Well I thought it was finished, but...

You could Plasti-dip that headlamp shell. Not the ring though, the contrast would match the other chrome/black contrasts you've got going on.

    Specimen Cup Removed

Thanks for pointing that out to future Plasti-Dippers, it's hard to see on the pics but I masked off the level indicator area, in good light I can see the fluid. You might also notice that I Plasti-Dipped the clutch actuator arm & cable bracket as well as the injector covers... love the stuff.

Very simple Question: How do you extend your sidestand?

Use my heel on the ball part as well, couple of times I've got sloppy and tagged the gearshift lever on follow through resulting in an embarrassing stall. Better way anyone?

    2013 bonneville suspension advice

@beemerich - checked my Grays, you're correct trapezius. Wondering, what were the single rate springs that you used, and did you still use the OEM spacer or did they occupy the entire fork cavity? And by the way, I'm pretty sure you meant your damper rod:)

    2013 bonneville suspension advice

I drained out half of the 10w OEM fork oil and topped it up with 5w for an average of 7.5w., left the airgap at the larger end of recommended. Handles very well and my trapezoids don't bother me anymore after a long ride.
