What metal for side panels ??

So I'm not a metal person.....Steve or Jeff.....If I wanted to cut and form my own side panels what would I use. Alu....stainless ????? I want to bend the edges myself and sand and paint......

If you don't need to weld tabs or anything to it,then yeah,thin aluminum is easy to form. Every corner has a big chunk of it at the top of a 10' 4x4 post.

LMT... if you're gonna bend it... 5052 aluminum... if you're gonna reallllly bend
it... 3003 aluminum... planning some side covers myself, will definitely be aluminum.
1/8" should work well, or do some tests with thinner material, .090 or .060...

Aluminum will be easier to work with, plus you can polish it if you want.
