Tank liners/ coatings

So i am restoring this tank, maybe polishing the bare steel maybe powder coating. Anyway it is in great shape but showed a little rust inside from being empty so long. A friend gave me a 1/2 quart of POR 15. Great shit....the inside of the tank is black (color) and smooth as can be. I poured a 3 inch diameter puddle on a scrap of steel and this a.m it was sealed. Watch out though....I poured the 1/2 quart in the tank coated everything easily and dumped out at least a 1/4 quart....so you don't need much.

POR 15 - awesome stuff ... but dont get it on your skin. It wont wash off.

It is awesome.....dries hard as can be and coats everything....I wore surgical gloves and got some on the fingers and you should have seen them the next morning.
