I like it. I've been rolling 140/80 for four years now. It took some adjusting at first. I think switching to the 100/90 up front was a bigger adjustment.

The headlight is from Dime City. The bezel was a heinous ghetto gold but I remedied that with some steel wool.

I've had my '05 Bonnie for seven years now and it's still going strong. It's evolved a lot since the day I brought it home and so have I. We're both a work in progress.
Unfortunately I tossed a lot of my notes from the project but this should help. I removed everything in pink and then some more. I don't see why you couldn't ground to the frame or the fender. Let us know what you end up doing.
